About Me
Hello, I'm Bosheng Ding, a Singapore-based AI researcher, product builder, and commercialization operator. I have been based in Singapore since 2011 and completed my PhD in Computer Science at Nanyang Technological University in August 2024 through the NTU-Alibaba Joint PhD Programme. My technical background spans natural language processing, LLM training and evaluation, multi-agent systems, RAG, data augmentation, and multilingual dialogue. I connect that depth with product strategy, GTM, marketing, strategic partnerships, and business development.
My recent work spans AI commercialization and Asset Management / Quantitative Trading. As a founding member of SingChain, I helped build AI-assisted platforms for multi-strategy asset management, quantitative strategy evaluation, and risk control while developing relationships with capital allocators, family offices, exchanges, brokers, and institutional partners. I was also part of the founding teams at TensorOpera AI and Teamily AI, working across product rollout, model deployment, multi-agent systems, commercialization, community growth, and international partnerships.
My earlier work includes leading PandaLLM, contributing to CapGo, advising Huaxu Fund on foundation-model companies and AI startups, and conducting research at NTU and through the NTU-Alibaba Joint PhD Programme. Before moving full-time into AI, I worked at PwC Consulting on financial-risk and economic-projection models for financial institutions and at Phillip Securities on investment advisory and business development.
I care about turning frontier AI into useful products and durable businesses. I use technical depth to judge what is possible and market evidence to decide what should be built, scaled, revised, or stopped, with a focus on products that solve real user needs.
